Tried the Ramen at Nishikita Ramen Hyonna Koto Kara Hajimemashita in Nagatacho Nishinomiya

Introducing a restaurant visited by Nishitsu’s food reporter in our Nishitsu Gourmet series.
This time, we went to

a ramen shop
“Nishikita Ramen Hyonna Koto kara Hajimemashita”
located about a 3-minute walk from Hankyu Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station😊

“Nishikita Ramen Hyonna Koto kara Hajimemashita” is a new ramen shop that opened on Sunday, March 10✨

We previously wrote about its opening, and since it seemed like a lot of people were curious about it, we went to check it out❗️

Inside, there are 4 counter seats, one table for 4 and one table for 2, for a total of 10 seats.

We went just before opening at 6 p.m., but the seats filled up quickly, so if you don’t like waiting, we recommend going early😄

According to the staff…
Their hours are from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
On Saturdays, they open from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., close for a break, then reopen from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.✨

Now, let’s introduce the food we were curious about🎵

★Ramen（850 yen including tax）

The first thing I noticed before eating was how amazing it smelled!!

The aroma of seafood gently wafted up, and I couldn’t help but pick up my chopsticks😍✨

As for the all-important taste…

The savory flavor of scallop really stood out, the saltiness was just right, and it was light and delicious〜❤️

The noodles are thin, straight, pleasantly firm, and delicious!

By the way, a large serving is free❤️

The chashu was tender without being heavy. The egg was soft-boiled.

It also came with two sheets of nori, shredded white leek, and menma.

In addition to the ramen we had this time, they also offer “chashu-men,” rice dishes, karaage, and other side dishes✨

“Nishikita Ramen Hyonna Koto kara Hajimemashita” is a seafood ramen shop, which is still a rare find around Nishinomiya.

It’s delicious, so if you’re curious, definitely give it a try🎵
