I visited the greengrocer “VEGEFURUZ”, which opened on May 29, because it had a pretty stylish vibe ヽ(^o^)丿
Inside, it’s not like the traditional image of a greengrocer, with piles of produce sold for “so much per heap”!

Everything is colorful 🍍🍎🍑 and beautiful to look at ☆彡

It all looks delicious and is neatly arranged ヽ(^o^)丿
What I bought at “VEGEFURUZ”

Chura Pine “Bogor Pineapple” ¥298 (tax not included)…It’s a pineapple you can tear apart and eat by hand ヽ(^o^)丿The price is from the time of our visit

It’s a little smaller than a regular pineapple, but it smells soooo g-o-o-d♪

To eat it, first cut off the bottom

Then pull down on the individual pineapple segments to remove them

And pop them right into your mouth! Of course, you can’t eat the skin ^_^;

Our shacho usually doesn’t react much to gourmet food, but he kept eating piece after piece, saying, “This is fun! It’s packed with content!” By “content,” he means information! So instead of thinking “delicious,” his reaction is “interesting”
He kept munching away while saying, “Kids would love this. I’d want to serve it at a barbecue and surprise everyone!”
It was sweet and delicious, the kind of pineapple you could easily eat a whole one by yourself !(^^)!

“Agonchobi” ¥1280 (tax not included)…Anchovies are usually made from Japanese anchovy, but this is made with ago (flying fish), homemade salt, Goto camellia oil, and other carefully selected ingredients !(^^)! The ago meat was moist!

It has even received this seal of approval !(^^)!

At Nishitsu, we used “Agonchobi” to make this bruschetta !(^^)!
We mixed tomato, avocado, and Agonchobi with olive oil, then put it on French bread
The only seasoning was Agonchobi!!!
It had a deep flavor, the saltiness was different from the usual anchovy, and it was so good it made me want wine (*^^)v
The owner’s father’s family home is apparently in the Goto Islands, so they had Goto specialties lined up, including “Goto udon,” one of Japan’s three great udon varieties, “ago dashi,” and salt! This was the owner’s recommendation section!

Finally
This stylish greengrocer run by a lovely couple was filled with all kinds of wonderful items (*^^)v Believe it or not, the owner is the same age as our shacho!
When I stepped outside after the interview, a friend had come to shop there and said, “This place is delicious (^ ^),” so it seems it already has a good reputation in the neighborhood!
Of course they have tasty vegetables and fruit, but they also carry some delicious-looking seasonings and similar items.
Vegetables are something we need to eat every day, right? ヽ(^o^)丿
Supermarkets are great too, but shopping at a greengrocer with deep knowledge of vegetables might be a nice option \(^o^)/
