Nishinomiya City has launched its Shopping Street Premium Shopping Voucher and Point Sticker program, and at “Mercado Mukogawa,” they will apparently be handing out point stickers that can be exchanged for gift certificates.

Overview
For every 500 yen in shopping receipts from eligible stores, you can exchange them for one point sticker at the special venue. Once you collect 10 stickers, you can use them as a gift certificate worth 1,000 yen.
If you make a total of 5,000 yen in purchases, you will receive a 1,000-yen gift certificate.
