Introducing restaurants visited by Nishitsu’s food writer
in our Nishitsu Gourmet series.
This time, we visited a Chinese restaurant about a 10-minute walk from Hankyu Shukugawa Station:
“Shukugawa Sakura-tei”
(*’ω’ノノ゙

Inside, the restaurant has a calm atmosphere and feels like a place where you can really relax☺️🌸

There were three tables for four and two tables for two❗️
Now, let’s introduce the dishes we had this time😆

★ Ramen & Half Fried Rice Set(850円税込)
The soup is soy sauce-based, not too rich and not too light, with just the right seasoning. Delicious❤️

The noodles are firm, springy, glossy straight noodles❗️

The chashu is sweet, with wonderfully bouncy fat, and it tastes great✨

The half fried rice that comes with the set has an irresistible fragrant aroma❗️
The flavor is full, but still light and refreshing, making it so good you’ll want bowl after bowl☺️❤️
Next up is one of their popular menu items…

★ Shumai(400円税込)
There are two kinds of shumai: shrimp and minced pork. Apparently, the shrimp is popular.
The plump shrimp was irresistible✨
If you order 1,200円 or more, coffee or ice cream is included as a complimentary service😆

Dessert was cherries and Yukimi Daifuku❤️
Sweet Yukimi Daifuku after the meal was perfect✨
Thank you for the meal!!
In addition to the dishes we had this time, there are plenty of other items on the menu too!

Shukugawa Sakura-tei is a Chinese restaurant with lighter flavors rather than rich, heavy ones❗️
If you’re curious, be sure to stop by sometime🎵
