Last year, “らーめんえだ屋” opened near Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station, and apparently they’re currently offering a “Roast Beef Bowl” for a limited time.
This shop is part of the same group as an izakaya in Koshien, so I figured they could handle all kinds of dishes, but I never expected a “Roast Beef Bowl”…
This is something I had to try.

“らーめんえだ屋” Food
This is the “Roast Beef Bowl” (680 yen).
The roast beef is made using a cut called “marushin,” located around the lower part of the inside round of the beef. It was very tender, with a refined, delicious lean-meat flavor.
The homemade sauce was excellent too, with a flavor that felt right between tangy and sweet.
They also use two kinds of garnish, green onion and thinly sliced shiraga-negi, which added a nice accent. It was a really tasty roast beef bowl.

Apparently, there are currently no plans to offer the roast beef bowl again in the future.
Could it end up becoming the legendary “Roast Beef Bowl”…?
Inside “らーめんえだ屋”
When I visited last time, it was right after the shop had opened and there were flowers everywhere, but now the inside looks much tidier.
The shop has counter seating only.
