We bought some bread from “ヒロの石窯パン工房 麦蔵,” the bakery attached to HIRO Coffee.

This is the “Cream Bun Made with Tanba-Sanchi Yoran Eggs” for 195 yen (tax included).

The bread dough has a lovely yeasty aroma♡ It’s known for its fluffy, chewy texture.
The cream isn’t too sweet, so it feels nice and light. It has that classic thick, custardy texture.

This is the “Vegetable and Sausage Stew Bread” for 238 yen (tax included).

A soft bread topped with all kinds of ingredients. There’s so much corn inside! (Wow)
This is definitely the kind of thing kids love. The sausage is juicy♡

This is the “Croissant Damande” for 314 yen (tax included).

The outside is crispy, while the inside is super moist. It’s topped with a crisp coffee-flavored layer.
It’s not too sweet overall, giving it a grown-up flavor♡

Last up is the “Chewy Yudane Shokupan” for 171 yen (tax included).

It’s incredibly chewy. We tried it toasted too, but if you want to enjoy that chewy texture, eating it as-is is best♡
It would be great to eat it fresh on the day you buy it, then toast it the next day.

Final Thoughts
Since this bakery is run by a coffee shop, there were lots of breads that looked like they’d go perfectly with coffee♡ Apparently, they use different types of wheat depending on the bread, and even the stone oven used for baking reflects their own special approach. Every bread had such a wonderful aroma. Next time, I’d love to try the café next door too.
