On the first floor of LaLaport Koshien, there’s a pancake specialty shop called “Butter.”
It’s a cafe-style shop where you can eat bread and pancakes inside, but apparently they also offer tapioca drinks for takeout.
So we went to get some tapioca～～

Exterior of “Butter LaLaport Koshien”
This is the entrance to LaLaport, and you can see the shop right next to it.
The entrance looks like this.
It’s a pancake shop, but they also sell bread and serve lunch too.
There are various signs and banners outside.
Besides tapioca drinks, they also have lemonade.
This time we only used takeout, so we’ll introduce the inside of the shop another time.

They have six kinds of milk tea.
There are even milk teas made with Japanese tea.
The lemonade definitely caught our eye too.
Tapioca at “Butter LaLaport Koshien”
The manager recommended the hojicha, so we ordered the “Deep-Roasted Hojicha” (480 yen).
Here it is.
It has a faint hojicha aroma, and it’s delicious in a different way from black tea milk tea.
It goes well with tapioca too.

Lemonade at “Butter LaLaport Koshien”
We just couldn’t stop thinking about it, so we decided to buy the “Brooklyn Lemonade” (330 yen) too.
There are rumors that lemonade will be the next big thing after tapioca.
Let’s get ahead of the trend～～

Apparently it’s homemade lemonade made with fresh lemons.
It was a little sour, but tasty.
