It looks like a new Times coin parking lot is opening near the FamilyMart in Miyanishicho.

The address is around 6 Miyanishicho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
It’s just southeast of FamilyMart Miyamae Store along Tateishi-suji.

Looks like it used to be a different parking lot.
When Hank @ Nishitsu Supporter went to check it out on Thursday the 18th, someone from Times was right in the middle of working there. There were two Times cars parked there, which was a pretty unusual sight 😃
The maximum fee is 800 yen. During the day it looks to be 200 yen for 30 minutes, and at night 200 yen for 60 minutes. It uses a license plate recognition system for payment.
Apparently you can also pay by smartphone.
Final Thoughts
There’s apparently another coin parking lot diagonally across Tateishi-suji nearby. That one seems cheaper at night, at 100 yen for 60 minutes, compared with the new Times lot, but its maximum fee appears to be 1,000 yen, so the new one looks like the better deal if you’re parking for a long time. *This information is from 2023 (Google Street View).
