It looks like the former “Mitsubishi UFJ Bank” building on the south side of Koshienguchi Station will be demolished.
Here↓

The demolition work period is reportedly from September 2 to March 31 of next year.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is Naniwa Building, 2-2-3 Koshienguchi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Here’s how it looked before closing↓

It closed on March 30 of this year, and will be demolished exactly one year later.
Finally
We don’t have any information at all about what will happen to the site, but since it’s prime real estate right in front of the station, we’re letting our imagination run a little and wondering if maybe a commercial facility with convenient shops could be built there. If we find out anything, we’ll write about it right away~
