Yajikita-san visited “Ramen Tsukemen Sharin” in the 1st-floor food court at Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens, which just opened on 11/10 (Mon)!
Here it is↓

Tantan Tsukemen ¥1,040 Special toppings +¥300
Thick, rich soup paired with hearty medium-thick noodles. A seriously impressive bowl🍜

A melty seasoned egg and tender chashu. Rich, but with a sharp, spicy kick.

Sharin(しゃりん) is apparently a sister brand of Rokurinsha(ろくりんしゃ), the Tokyo ramen shop that helped spark the tsukemen boom. Tsukemen is their specialty, but I’m curious what their ramen is like too~🍜
