Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi and Nishinomiyahama appeared in a new Hankyu Hanshin HD video.
(Thanks to Kokoro-san for the tip.)
It’s only 30 seconds long, so first, take a look at this video (My Hometown version). Can you tell which places appear in it?
This coffee shop is…
It’s Coffee-ya Dream in Kofuen! It’s also a sacred spot for fans of “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.”
The inside looks like this. Usually, many of the customers are on the older side, so it stood out that the video featured only young women.
Besides the “My Hometown version,” there’s also a “Compilation version,”
and a bus stop appears around the 25-second mark. So, where do you think it is?
I was torn between this and “Nishinomiyahama 4-chome,” but judging by how rusty the roof looks, I’m thinking it might be the “Marina Park Nishi” bus stop.
Finally
As a Haruhi fan, I was surprised to see Coffee-ya Dream appear in a Hankyu Hanshin HD video. Around Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, Dream is pretty much the only coffee shop where you can relax that much. Their morning set is inexpensive and recommended.
*Kokoro-san, thank you for the information!!
