Kobe BB Steak in ACTA Nishinomiya, which we introduced the other day in an opening article, has now opened.
Because of the impact of COVID-19, I hadn’t been able to go for a while, but once the state of emergency was lifted in June, I finally made my long-awaited visit.
It’s a restaurant serving meat, which everyone loves.

“Kobe BB Steak Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi” Food
This time, I ordered the “Sirloin Steak” (1,390 yen).
The chuck roll steak and tonteki pork steak also looked tempting, but for a first visit, it had to be sirloin.
All menu items come with rice and soup, and rice refills are free.
Here is the sirloin steak (180g).
It’s sirloin, but it isn’t overly fatty.
The sirloin is cut on the thinner side, but of course it isn’t dry at all and is grilled up juicy.
The sauce is soy sauce-based, which is exactly the kind of flavor I like. (I imagine there are lots of people who like soy sauce-based sauces.)
It comes topped with sautéed garlic, but you can choose whether to have garlic or not.
Personally, I recommend getting it with garlic.
As you can probably imagine from the photo, it was a very tasty steak.
There have been more meat restaurants opening recently, and with one more option added to the list, choosing where to go may get even harder.
