According to the linked article, when Kumagai-san, who works as a reporter on “Ohayo Asahi Desu,” came to Nishinomiya for a location shoot, he performed an approximately one-minute song themed around Nishinomiya that he wrote and composed himself.

It seems they’re looking for lyrics for the second verse and beyond.
