The one shop that hadn’t been identified when we last wrote about it turned out to be Lawson.
The shop to the right of Lawson will be “Stand In,” a baseball specialty store.

It says Hanshin Koshien Stadium x Lawson. Looks like it’s one of those so-called Tigers Lawson stores.
According to the press release, they’ll also be selling Tigers merchandise.

“中央軒” is a Chinese restaurant known mainly for Nagasaki champon and sara udon.
“津の田ミート” is a casual restaurant where you can enjoy Western-style and Italian dishes such as wagyu hamburg steak, wagyu steak, and pasta.
OKKII is Japan’s first authentic L.A.-style sundubu specialty restaurant.
“北極星,” famous for its omurice, had been on the first floor of Gardens until January 16.
This is the pedestrian deck area connecting to Koshien Stadium.
The second floor will have the Koshien History Museum, a facility where you can try simulated baseball, and Little Mermaid.
They were also building the bicycle parking area! That should be reassuring for people in the neighborhood.

It says that from March 3 to March 6, the first 300 people who show receipts totaling 2,000 yen or more can receive an original eco bag. People nearby definitely have an advantage here.
