(Thanks to Tetsuya-san and KAZU@にしつーsp for the information.)
Here’s the notice↓

It says they were no longer physically able to continue running the restaurant.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 2-11 Tsuto Kurehacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
Around “御前そば 㐂た”

Across the street is Amigo, a shop for handmade art goods and recycled items.

If you go this way, you’ll find the renovated Gyoza no Ohsho, Odo Yakiniku Mamedaifuku, Izakaya Man, and other places, leading toward the area beneath Hankyu Imazu Station’s elevated tracks.

In the opposite direction, you’ll find “Sakanagokoro,” which recently relocated and reopened next door, Coffee Kobo, and other shops, leading toward the area beneath the Meishin Expressway overpass.
How “㐂た” Had Been Recently
April 22

When KAZU@にしつー supporter saw it on April 22, there was apparently a notice saying the restaurant was temporarily closed. It had been closed since April 15.
April 26

Four days later, it had reopened for lunchtime service only.

It seems they were doing their best to keep the restaurant open, even if only for a short time each day.
According to information from another reader, there was another temporary closure notice around June 20? So it seems likely that the restaurant closed sometime within the past 1 week or so.

At Nishi2 Gourmet, we had their “tempura soba.” KAZU supporter also said they had gone there several times with family, and that everything was delicious, including the curry udon, rice bowls, and tonkatsu set meals.
Lastly
㐂た back when it was still open↓

It seems they had been operating here for 28 years. It’s sad that we won’t be able to have their flavorful dashi-based soba anymore.
※KAZU@にしつーsp, thank you for the information!!
