It looks like the shop itself opened on April 20, and they were running a generous campaign offering a pack of five tuna futomaki rolls.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 2-8 Tsuto Kurehacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Around 2012, this location was home to a women’s clothing shop called Kazuhiro.

Across the street is “珈琲工房,” a coffee bean shop.

If you head this way, you’ll find Ohsho and the izakaya Ban, leading toward Hankyu Imazu Station.

There were lots of huge congratulatory flower stands. L’A VANILLE is a sweets shop in Kamikoshien, and Rakugaki is probably an izakaya in Naruo.

We could see a refrigerated display case. That gold cat thing has me curious.
The shop is apparently run by the manager of the Koshienguchi location that closed last October. They’re open from 10:00 on weekdays, and from 11:30 to 18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. They also have an Instagram.
