This time, we’re introducing the Italian restaurant “FIORE GIARDINO” near Hankyu Shukugawa Station.
Apparently, the chef trained at the Japan branch of the famous Italian restaurant “ENOTECA PINCHIORRI.”
Since the restaurant is on the 6th floor of a building, it looks like it has a great view too.
What kind of place is it?

Italian Dining “FIORE GIARDINO” Cuisine
From the lunch menu, I decided to order the “Fiore Course” (2,300 yen).
You choose one item each from “Today’s Pasta” and “Today’s Main.”

First up is this “Assortment of 5 Appetizers.”
Each dish was carefully prepared, and every one of them was excellent Italian cuisine.
It really makes you excited right from the start of the course.

Next was “Today’s Soup.”
Today’s soup was “minestrone.”
It was a soup that really brought out the flavor of the vegetables.

For “Today’s Pasta,” I chose “Shiba Shrimp with Américaine Sauce” (+500 yen).
To put it simply, Américaine sauce is a sauce made with shrimp stock.
In other words, it’s a pasta dish packed with shrimp.
The shrimp flavor and aroma were great, of course, and the springy texture of the shiba shrimp was excellent too.

For “Today’s Main,” I chose “Scale-Grilled White Tilefish from Yamaguchi” (+500 yen).
The scales are cooked through, so you can eat them.
It’s a dish where you can enjoy the unusual crispy, crunchy texture along with the rich flavor of the tilefish.
Of course, it was very delicious.

This is the “dolce.”
In French terms, I think it was something like blancmange, but I’m not completely sure.
Of course it was sweet, but it wasn’t just sweet; it had a more complex flavor.
It really felt like an authentic Italian dolce.
It was very good.

After the meal, I had a “hot coffee.”
Apparently, all drinks are 350 yen during lunchtime.
This coffee is espresso.
Espresso really is the way to go with Italian food.
I ended up enjoying a luxurious course meal in the middle of the day.

This is the lunch menu.
The most popular item is apparently the “Fiore Course,” but they’ve also recently started serving curry.
Inside Italian Dining “FIORE GIARDINO”
Inside, there are table seats and counter seats.

This is what the interior looks like.
The counter seats are on the right side.

Looking out the window, you can see Mt. Rokko beyond Catholic Shukugawa Church.
As you’d expect from a restaurant on the 6th floor, the view is wonderful.

There are also terrace seats on this balcony.

The restaurant is on the 6th floor of this building.

This sign is the landmark.
There’s an elevator when you enter the building, so take it up to the 6th floor.

This is the restaurant entrance right after you get off the elevator.
