A takoyaki specialty shop called “ピンタコ ナポレオン,” which had been under construction in Koshien Kyubancho along Rinko Line, has opened.
(Thanks to Kana, Fuuhanariku, and an anonymous reader for the tip.)
Here it is↓

It looks like it opened on Saturday, December 20. They also have an official Instagram now🙌
We also introduced it on Nishitsu a little while ago in an article and a short video〜🐙
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1F, 2-4 Koshien Kyubancho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. The space was previously 今夜もアイス, and before that, 神戸餃子楼 was here.

1. Sauce mayo
2. Spicy sauce mayo
3. Soy sauce mayo
4. Sauce
5. Spicy sauce
6. Soy sauce
7. Bozu (no seasoning)
8. Complete bozu (no seasoning + no toppings)
For toppings, you can choose from aonori, bonito flakes, and kaiware sprouts. It’s interesting that they use kaiware sprouts instead of the standard green onions. Apparently, unseasoned takoyaki is called “bozu” here〜
Fried Chicken🍗
1 cup, 360 yen each (tax included)
1. Savory salt
2. Spicy
3. Savory dashi
By the way, in addition to takeout, dining in is also OK. They also seem to sell oden and shaved ice seasonally, and it looks like you can enjoy alcoholic drinks too🍻
What Makes It Pink?
The pink color of the “pink takoyaki” apparently comes from the superfood “beets”.
Beets look like this↓

Known for their high nutritional value and sometimes called “edible blood transfusion,” beets are used in this takoyaki through a reddish-purple natural pigment called “betacyanin”, which is found in beets, dragon fruit, and other foods. It’s said to have antioxidant benefits and help support circulation, making it a nutrient-packed ingredient😄 If you’re curious, why not check it out?
※Kana, Fuuhanariku, and our anonymous reader, thank you very much for the information!!
