It used to be “Kansai Net Fudosan Co., Ltd.,” but
Recently↓
the sign has been replaced with one that says “Takase Fudosan Co., Ltd.” Since the sign is the same blue color, it’s hard to notice at first glance, but if you look closely, it has changed. The banners still say “Kansai Net Fudosan Co., Ltd.”

The address is Jewel Court Koshienguchi East Building, 25-7 Tendocho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around “Takase Fudosan Co., Ltd.”
Koshien Gakuin is diagonally across the street.
To the east of the shop are Hard Off and McDonald’s, and beyond Nakatsuhama Line is the direction of Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.
Heading in the opposite direction, you’ll find Cafe Arisa, 7-Eleven, tokidoki … slow coffee & wine therapy, Panya, and other spots, leading toward Amagasaki.
By the way, Takase Fudosan Co., Ltd. is a real estate company with multiple locations in the Kansai area. When we checked its website, Kansai Net Fudosan Co., Ltd. was listed as an affiliated store. The name has changed, but it looks like there’s still a connection.
