It seems they’ll be fully renovating the current GU building. The construction period is from March 3 to September 30. So it may open sometime this fall or later?

The address is 8-27 Hamacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. It’s the former GU location.

Diagonally across the street is Hakushika Classics.
If you go this way, you’ll find Higashitsuru, Marugame Seimen, Mandai, and other places, heading toward Ashiya.
In the opposite direction, there’s Kurakake Post Office, Yoshinoya, Sun Drug, and 7-Eleven, heading toward Amagasaki.
What Is “Kani Doraku”?
“Kani Doraku” is a long-established crab cuisine restaurant chain founded in Dotonbori, Osaka, and famous for its giant moving crab sign.

Until now, if Nishinomiya locals wanted to go to Kani Doraku, they had to make the trip to Kobe Harborland or Osaka. But if one is opening right here in Nishinomiya… that’s honestly something to celebrate😆 And of course, what we’re all wondering about is that “huge moving crab sign.” Will they put one up? Or not!? We’re looking forward to the opening🦀
