The program was rebroadcast as the third installment of a warm, realistic travel variety show that rediscovers the charms of Kansai.
This time, they introduced favorite spots of former Hanshin Tigers players Yabu and Kano.
Taiwanese Cuisine Moyashi
Yabu introduced this as a place that Kakefu has been going to for years.
The featured dish was lo mein, made with flat noodles topped with Chinese cabbage, pork, and a soy sauce-based thick sauce.
And the Tenshin fried rice, also known as “Kakefu Rice,” looked outstanding.

Cafe Bar CLAN
They also introduced a sports bar that Kano visits in his private time.
Apparently, when Kano used to come to this bar while he was on the farm team, it made him realize, “I can’t keep going like this.”

Katsuragi
This restaurant is owned by former Hanshin player Katsuragi. It’s a regular spot for both Yabu and Kano.
They serve chicken that can even be eaten as sashimi, cooked on a lava stone plate and enjoyed with three types of condiments.

As a bonus, although it’s in Ashiya, Yabu also introduced a sushi restaurant called “Edomae Take” near Hanshin Uchide Station.
