On the April 21 broadcast, culinary expert Fumie Tokuhisa introduced “popular sweet breads from well-loved shops, each with its own personality” in the “Today’s Recommended 3” segment.
Among them was the “Gentle Yuzu Bread” from “yotsu パン製作所”, located in Imazu Yamanakacho, Nishinomiya～(^o^)／
The Gentle Yuzu Bread has a fluffy dough with yuzu peel mixed in, giving it a refreshing yuzu aroma～♪
Apparently, after the bread dough is baked, they add plenty of honey and place a chunk of butter on top～
There’s no way that wouldn’t be delicious (^o^)
Unfortunately, we at @Nishitsu didn’t buy the Gentle Yuzu Bread, but we have visited yotsu パン製作所.
