Speaking of the sushi delivery service “Gin no Sara,” many of you have probably heard of it~

A flyer came to my house, so I went ahead and ordered delivery from “Gin no Sara”~

It probably depends on when you order and how busy they are, but I waited 120 minutes from placing my order😂 It looks like you can also specify a delivery time, so if you’ve already decided today is a “Gin no Sara” day, I recommend ordering early.

Lunch Nigiri Set B 950 yen
Marinated tuna, squid, salmon, sweet shrimp, simmered conger eel, whelk, negitoro, and pickled vegetable roll
※For the side menu, you can choose from “udon,” “akadashi miso soup,” or “tea.”

For 950 yen, you get 8 pieces of sushi plus a side menu! Isn’t that a pretty good deal~
There’s a nice variety of nigiri too~!

Another thing that surprised me was that you can choose the amount of rice~! You can’t get extra rice, but they do offer a smaller rice portion😀

For the side menu, I chose “akadashi miso soup.” It’s the easy kind where you just add hot water (^o^)

The clam flavor really comes through, and even though it’s in a cup, it feels pretty authentic!

For the chirashi too, you can choose the amount of rice! At Nishitsu, we went with less rice.

True to the name Hana Chirashi, it’s gorgeous~

It comes with tuna, squid, salmon, salmon roe, egg, cucumber, kanpyo, and shredded egg omelet. It’s absolutely packed with toppings! The vinegared rice has a mild, gentle flavor with the vinegar kept light.
