A Margherita from “Kakuchina”, unrelated to the quiz

The correct answer is d. Dante.

It was featured in the “Today’s Recommendation” segment of Yo-i Don!
Here at @Nishitsu, we got a Margherita for takeout~↓↓
On the 4/30 (Fri.) broadcast, food/wine journalist Mitsuhiko Terashita recommended the tomato-loaded “Santa Lucia”♪
Santa Lucia is a pizza topped generously with cherry tomatoes and homemade dried tomatoes, along with capers, parsley, basil, olive oil, anchovies, garlic, and grated cheese.
Terashita’s comment after eating the Santa Lucia↓↓
It has two kinds of tomatoes: fresh, lively tomatoes and slightly dried tomatoes.
By packing them on generously and baking them in a hot wood-fired oven, the umami, sweetness, and acidity of the tomatoes become intensely concentrated, and the moment you take a bite, the sun of Naples bursts into your mouth.
Apparently, it tastes like the sun of Naples bursting into your mouth~

This is the “Margherita” we got for takeout at @Nishitsu♪
Dante’s owner, Susumu Horiguchi, is said to be a super-elite chef who trained at Osaka’s famous pizza restaurant “Echi Ponte Vecchio A Osaka” and in Naples, the home of pizza!
