Tried the Weekly Lunch Limited to 20 Servings at Dining Cafe Fujita in Koroen!

Introducing restaurants visited by Nishitsu’s gourmet writer in our “Nishitsu Gourmet” series.
This time, we visited a place about an 8-minute walk from Hanshin Koroen Station:

“だいにんぐ・かふぇ・フジタ”✨

だいにんぐ・かふぇ・フジタ is a dining cafe tucked away in a residential neighborhood and loved by locals😆

The interior is bright, calm, and has a cozy, homey atmosphere✨

A Colorful Lunch That’s Delicious to Look at and Eat!

This time, we had the limited to 20 servings Weekly Lunch (860 yen including tax).

It comes as a one-plate meal with salad, fruit, dashimaki tamago, fried shrimp, and the main dish: chicken thigh baked with cheese and breadcrumbs☺️✨

It also comes with soup and your choice of rice or bread.

For the soup, you can choose from onion soup, miso soup, or potato potage. This time, we went with the potato potage😆✨

It was full of the natural sweetness of potatoes and absolutely delicious❤️

The salad was fresh and crisp, with vibrant colors that really whetted the appetite☺️❤️

The dashimaki tamago was fluffy with just the right sweetness❗️
The fried shrimp had a super crispy coating and a plump, springy texture✨

And the main dish, the chicken thigh baked with cheese and breadcrumbs, was incredibly good❤️

The outside was crisp and fragrant, while the inside was juicy, tender, and springy❗️

The sweetness of the cheese also paired perfectly with it, making it really delicious😆✨
