This is Daa from Nishitsu.
I’ll also be covering gourmet articles from now on~~
Nice to meet you.
Now then, I like hamburgers.
There seem to be more and more hamburger shops opening in Nishinomiya lately.
So this time, I visited this place.

This place is a Western-style restaurant, a cafe, a bar, and even a spot where live performances can be held.
Here’s what the interior looks like.

The restroom was clean, too.

A Special Hamburger Limited to 20 Servings a Day
This shop is not a hamburger specialty restaurant, but you can enjoy their carefully made hamburgers, limited to 20 servings per day.

This is the “Hamburger Set (780 yen).”
It comes with a hamburger, fries, consommé soup, and a drink after the meal.
The hamburger is very simple, with a patty, lettuce, tomato, and cheese, and the seasoning isn’t too strong.
That means you can fully enjoy the flavor of the ingredients themselves, especially the taste of their signature hamburger patty.
For meat lovers, this may be an irresistible hamburger.
And above all, what they’re particular about is that even the buns are handmade in the shop.
Usually, many restaurants buy their buns from a bakery, but here they make the buns by hand starting from flour.
That’s why they’re limited to 20 servings a day~~
Makes sense.
Of course, the buns were excellent, and they wrapped everything together beautifully, creating a perfect harmony.
Summary
In addition to hamburgers, they also have a great selection of hamburger steaks and spaghetti.

They also seem to be running a good-value SNS campaign, so why not stop by sometime?
