I went to buy meat gyoza from the unmanned frozen fresh gyoza shop “Kobe Gyozaro”, which just opened near LaLaport on July 17~

Meat Gyoza from “Kobe Gyozaro”
Meat gyoza, 40 pieces: 1,000 yen
Soy sauce dipping sauce, 1 bottle: 100 yen

There are 20 gyoza packed tightly into one container. The ones sold come in packs of 40, so you get two of these. Yumacchi and Niko each took 20 home.

I wanted to cook them in a round shape, but the gyoza were stuck together and wouldn’t separate, so they ended up in three rows.
Yumacchi also said she tried to cook them in a circle but couldn’t~

I added plenty of water~Maybe a little too much… The water just wouldn’t disappear at all.

1. Add oil to a frying pan and turn on the heat
2. Arrange the gyoza in the pan while still frozen
3. Add 150cc to 200cc of water, cover, and steam-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes
4. Remove the lid, and if any water remains, wipe it away with kitchen paper
5. Keep the heat at medium and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until browned, and they’re doneDrizzling sesame oil around the edge of the pan adds fragrance and gives them a nice crispy finish

The gyoza Yumacchi cooked

The gyoza Niko cooked. Running out of sesame oil was a painful mistake.

This soy sauce dipping sauce is good!
But since the gyoza themselves are light, I tried mixing it with doubanjiang and gochujang to change up the flavor a bit~

2. Vegetables selected through their own sourcing routes in constant pursuit of great flavor
3. Uses top-grade flour from a famous domestic manufacturer
4. Made with 100% pork
5. Great even on weekdays! Gyoza without the lingering smell
