It looks like “(Tentative) Tenjin Dai Hall Nishikita Branch” is opening in Kofuen near Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station.
This article is brought to you by “Nichinoken,” a cram school that supports Nishitsu.
Here↓

The construction period is from August 23 through the end of October.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1-4-10 Kofuen, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. Za Watami used to be here.
Area around (Tentative) Tenjin Dai Hall Nishikita Branch

Kansai Mirai Bank is across the street.

If you go this way, you’ll find Fujiya Honten, KFC, and other places.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find mini mini, Jankara, and Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station.
Finally
There’s an izakaya in Umeda called “Taishu Sakaba Tenjin Dai Hall,” which apparently has more than 100 seats and over 80 menu items, including yakitori for 50 yen per skewer. Since this (tentative) Tenjin Dai Hall opening here will also have a second floor, it looks like it could become a new spot taking over from Watami.
