It looks like “Toridoniya Hakata Hanamidori”, located on the 1st floor of Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens inside Gardens Kitchen (the food court), closed on August 22.

The address is 14-2 Takamatsucho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Unfortunately, there are no longer any “Toridoniya Hakata Hanamidori” shops in Nishinomiya, but it seems you can still buy Hakata Hanamidori’s mizutaki hot pot, yakitori, and other items online.
They even had an oyakodon set! * It doesn’t appear to be the same grilled oyakodon served at the shop.

Lastly
It seems this originally comes from a famous mizutaki restaurant in Hakata.
Since the Gardens location was inside the food court, it was easy to drop by, and I used it several times myself!
