馳走侘助(Chisou Wabisuke) is also a sister restaurant of Ashiya Dosanjin. I was completely satisfied getting to enjoy authentic handmade soba as takeout. The menu lists only “cold,” but if you live nearby, they can apparently do a “hot” version too. (If you live farther away, “cold” or fresh soba is recommended)
The sudachi is available for a limited time (they said there’s no set end date), so check with the restaurant or take a look at their Instagram. Calling ahead also makes takeout smoother.
