Nishinomiya Hankyu is apparently holding a “JIB” Bag Festival from Wednesday, November 10 to Tuesday, November 16.

They’re even releasing a “Nishinomiya Hankyu Limited Bucket Tote” (limited quantity).

Apparently, there are only 50 of each. Hearing “limited edition” just makes you want one even more, doesn’t it? (lol)

The founder of JIB will visit on Saturday, November 13

Mr. JIB himself, JIB founder Hironobu Sugihara, will be visiting the store. He’ll reportedly be giving a lecture on how to use JIB bags from 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 13.

JIB bags are popular with many Nishitsu members, too. There’s also apparently a name-printing service. It’s pretty rare to get the chance to hear Mr. JIB speak, isn’t it? Since this is part of the Nishinomiya Hankyu 13th Anniversary Festival, there are all kinds of events going on.
