a is the familiar official Nishinomiya Tsushin character, “Nishitsu-dori” from Nishitsu〜.
b is Nishinomiya City’s character, Miyatan.
d is the new mascot characters of the Koshien Police Station, “Koushi-kun” and “En-chan”〜.
So the correct answer was c, “U-chan and Kan-chan”〜.
It turns out that these “U-chan and Kan-chan” were recreated as a derivative work by students from Otemae University, and they even received an award〜.
