It seems you can use the 500-yen coupon every day for meals and takeout after 5:00 p.m.

How to Get the Coupon
Add the Hankyu Hanshin Odekake Card official LINE account as a friend

Just tell the cashier at a Gardens Kitchen shop, “Please give me a Hankyu Hanshin Odekake Card,” and you can get one right away. Then click here to register your member information.
*Unfortunately, it seems the coupon cannot be used on the same day.
Apparently LINE and the card can’t be linked right away due to the registration system or something. It seems it becomes available after 4:00 p.m. the next day.
How to Add the LINE Account as a Friend

The first message after adding it as a friend↓
Tap the URL next to “ご入会はこちら” (the part circled in red)→ and register your Odekake Card membership number by following the on-screen instructions.
After registering, tap “Mini App Home”↓

At checkout, the shop staff at the register
will enter the coupon code displayed

We did a little research on recommended menu items you can eat for around 500 yen with the coupon〜🙋
Menu at “Béchamel Café”
With the coupon, you can eat from 550 yen〜♪
The great-value café plate goes from 1,100 yen to 600 yen!! Even with a drink, it’s 650 yen!
Each sandwich available for takeout is under 1,000 yen, so add a drink.
1,050 yen → 550 yen!
Being able to take out 35 baby castella cakes for 500 yen is just too good〜💕
Menu at “Creperie Café Sucre”
Crepes are already pretty reasonably priced, so it seems good to go with two people and order two〜😊
(Since drink sets are 100 yen off, most menu items are under 1,000 yen〜😂👍)
Make it extra special with an ice cream topping on your crepe✨
For example, a Strawberry Banana Chocolat for 610 yen, an ice cream topping for 120 yen, and a medium coffee comes to 1,130 yen, but with the set discount it’s 1,030 yen. With the coupon, it’s 530 yen, so splurging solo is totally an option〜💪
The June-only “Peach and Yogurt Ice Cream Crepe” looks so good!!
Menu at “Jinenjo Tororo-don Specialty Shop Kurojuya”
You can also eat the tororo rice bowls from Kurojuya, which won the Grand Prix at the “Japan Trending Donburi Awards 2021”, from 510 yen with the coupon〜😋
“Tartar Umami Fried Chicken Tororo-don” (Small/4 pieces) goes from 1,010 yen to 510 yen.
As a homemaker, I’d definitely use the “Kurojuya Specialty Umami Fried Chicken” (L/16〜17 pieces), which goes from 1,500 yen to 1,000 yen, for dinner takeout〜🙋 lol
