It looks like a nursery school is going to be built across Nakatsuhama Line from the Nishinomiya train depot.
It’s the site where the housing exhibition space “風の工房” and a coin parking lot used to be.

The address is around 4-1 Nagatacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Frontier Kodomo Mirai Co., Ltd. appears to be a franchise partner for the Yaruki Switch Group’s English schools and after-school childcare program “Kids Duo,” and specializes in operating unlicensed childcare facilities.
So maybe this will also be an international-style nursery school🙄?

Looking at the website, it seems they offer more than just English, including job-experience activities (like pretend play on a huge scale!), and the facilities look amazing! *This is the Toyonaka campus.

Across Nakatsuhama Line is the Hankyu Railway Nishinomiya train depot.
This way, there’s a Hankyu Railway crossing, along with Jukusei Yakiniku Ichiban Nishinomiya, where the stone-pot rice is exceptional, and Patisserie Minette, the cat-filled cake shop.
In the opposite direction, there’s Gusto Nishinomiya Kitaguchi, and if you keep going, you’ll find TSUTAYA Conditioning, where we had our “which one helps you reset better?” showdown.
In Closing
It’s a large site that even had a park on it, so a lot of people may have been wondering what would be built there.
Maybe this will be a place where internationally minded children grow up in the years ahead!
