South of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, in Tanaka-cho, a koppepan specialty shop called “ふわこっぺ” has opened.

Next door is the okonomiyaki shop “じゅじゅ.”

Inside “ふわこっぺ Hanshin Nishinomiya”
Inside the shop, there’s a counter where you order various kinds of koppepan.
There’s no eat-in space, so it’s takeout only.
These are all fillings for koppepan.
It looks kind of like an ice cream shop.
This is what it looks like behind the counter.
It seems they thaw, proof, and bake the koppepan dough right in the shop.
They have a new, impressive proofer.
You can also see dough while it’s proofing.
So you can buy koppepan that’s almost freshly baked all the time～～

It looks like you can buy drinks too.

Koppepan from “ふわこっぺ Hanshin Nishinomiya”
Since we were there, we bought about three kinds to take home.
This is the “Chocolate Banana” (180 yen).
It has banana on top of chocolate whipped cream, with chocolate syrup drizzled over it.
Chocolate and banana are a golden combination, aren’t they?
This is the “Custard Fruit” (200 yen).
As the name suggests, it has cut fruit on top of custard cream.
This is the “Salmon Carpaccio” (240 yen).
It has thinly sliced salmon, avocado, olives, and more inside.
They also have a solid selection of savory options.
Since we had them, we lined up all three and took a photo～～～
