Welcome to “Nishikon,” a section where readers’ “I did this in Nishinomiya!” stories become articles.(The name is Nishikon, but it has absolutely nothing to do with matchmaking or anything like that.)
This time, it’s gourmet food〜😋
We tried the “Niboshi Ramen” and “Niboshi Tsukemen” at “Niboshi Ramen Tamagorō”【Nishikon Gourmet】

Apparently, the moment you receive the ramen, the rich aroma of niboshi hits you with a big whoosh!(They even lifted it up for the photo in true Nishitsu style! Thank you!)
The toppings are simple: chashu pork, nori seaweed, naruto fish cake, menma bamboo shoots, and more. The noodles are slightly wavy medium-thick noodles, and it looks like the soup clings to them nicely!

The soup is a rich pork bone broth with a strong niboshi flavor. It was so good that they apparently drank every last drop, but said it wasn’t heavy at all〜♪

There’s a huge piece of menma in there! They said it was super crunchy and really satisfying〜!

The bowl has the words “Osaka Niboshi Ramen” on it. Tamagorō is a ramen shop whose main location is in Tenjinbashi, Kita Ward, Osaka City〜.
Next is the “Niboshi Tsukemen”

Since it’s tsukemen, the noodles and dipping broth are served separately. The noodles are cold, and the dipping broth is hot.(The so-called “hiya-atsu”?)

Are these different noodles from the ramen? They look a little thicker. Apparently, they’re thoroughly chilled in cold water, firm, and have a nice chewy bite〜!

There are three chunky cubes of chashu in here. This one also has large menma, naruto, and white scallions.
Just like the ramen, the dipping broth has a strong niboshi flavor〜♪

It looks like they also have a great-value set available only at the Ebisuta Nishinomiya location〜!
By the way, since this shop had just opened, there was apparently quite a long line. Some people who had already become fans at the original Osaka locations may have come too. Currently, this is their only shop in Hyogo Prefecture.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1-6 Tanakacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.

That’s all for this time. It doesn’t matter whether the shop has already been featured on Nishitsu or not, so please submit things like, “I went to this shop and ate this!”Oh, the minimum requirement is that it’s in Nishinomiya. Ashiya is fine too. It’ll be posted on Ashitsu.
