You can board from the Central Plaza on the 2nd floor.

The route seems to start from the Central Plaza in the East Building, head out to the circular plaza where the Christmas tree is displayed, then go from the West Building back to the East Building. In 2019, the ride was about 5 to 6 minutes, so it will probably run for around the same length of time. Little kids will probably love passing by places like Mister Donut and Baskin-Robbins.
