Hamburg Steak Plate
Here comes what looks like the main dish!
The hamburg steak made with Shinshu beef was juicy and full of savory meat juices
It paired really well with the sweet demi-glace sauce〜
The grilled potatoes were moist and fluffy too〜
Salad Plate (changes daily)
It was a salad with diced avocado, plenty of bacon, and lettuce.
It also came with pickled cabbage and carrots, and the Caesar-style dressing had a somehow refreshing flavor〜✨
Croissant Plate
These mini croissants were crisp and flaky on the outside and moist on the inside
You could really taste the buttery flavor, and they went perfectly with the meal〜! My personal top pick!
Dessert Plate
Being able to enjoy a little bit of three different desserts at once is pure happiness〜
Apple Compote
When you think of Nagano, this is it! The sugar was kept light, so you could taste the natural honey-like sweetness of the apple〜♪
Whipped Cream (with berries & cereal)
The sweet-tart berries with the sweet cream were irresistible〜 and the cereal added a nice crunchy accent.
