This time, we’re bringing you “Tai Paitan Torori and Sarari” from the brand-new Gardens shop “Tai Paitan Ramen 〇de▽,” reported by Bon Lovely, making their Nishitsu gourmet report debut♪

Tai Paitan Torori ¥950 (tax included)

The Torori soup was like literally drinking sea bream, as if I’d eaten the whole fish, just from one sip of the broth～.

Wait! Aren’t the menma shaped like circles 〇 and triangles ▽?? lol

Tai Paitan Sarari ¥950 (tax included)

The Sarari felt like a clear, refined sea bream soup. Also, it was topped with super crispy sea bream skin. Really crispy skin☆

It seems to have oyster oil in it, so it’s totally different from the Torori. If you want something lighter, this might be the one!

Personally, I might like the Sarari soup better.

Karaage ¥350 (tax included)

And the karaage is huge!! You dip it in salt to eat it, and I think it’s a citrus-style salt. I think.

Now I’m curious about that salt.

Sea Bream Rice ¥200 (tax included)

This looks so good!!

If you get the sea bream rice set, at the end you can mix in the soup and eat it like tai chazuke～.

The tray is so shiny and gold, it feels fancy lol

They’re not serving tsukemen yet, but it sounds like they plan to someday. Also, there isn’t a kids’ menu, but they do have small plates and forks!

It doesn’t look like a typical ramen shop at all. Is it kappo cuisine? French? A fun-looking ramen shop has opened in Gardens!
