On top of the rice there’s shredded cabbage, and then tons of karaage!! The tartar sauce and black vinegar sauce come separately.
Black vinegar sauce is pretty unusual. Together with Nishitsuu-dori?! Chicken × chicken!
The karaage coating is crisp and crunchy, and the tender meat inside is so juicy. It’s irresistible〜✨
Looks like a pretty generous portion too.
It was really filling!! But the seasoning on the meat itself is light, so the refreshing tang of the tartar sauce and the sweet vinegar sauce kept it nice and light to the very end. It was delicious♪
It’s surprising for something with tartar sauce to feel refreshing!
I went with the regular amount of rice this time, but considering the amount of karaage and tartar sauce, a large serving of rice might be just right♪ By the way, upsizing the rice is free!

The wonderful aroma of spices really whets your appetite〜 But it’s only mildly spicy, so it’s also recommended for kids♪
It stayed crispy and crunchy even after some time had passed.
