A fresh bagel specialty shop called “Bagels!” has opened on the 1st floor ofさらら仁川 in front of Nigawa Station.

According to あんず, who sent us the information, the shop had its grand opening on April 24, and by 12:40 today, the 25th, it was already sold out.
Business hours are 10:00~19:00, and the shop closes on irregular days.

Their sandwich bagels include a strawberry sandwich and a smoked chicken sandwich.
They say these are fresh bagels baked with their own special method, served piping hot right after baking: chewy, fluffy, and soft. It looks like this is Japan’s first “fresh bagel.”
That said, they already have locations at Aeon Mall Kobe Kita, in front of Tokushima Station, and in Arima’s Niro area. They also have an official website.
Finally
The strawberries used in the strawberry sandwich are Niro strawberries, but they actually originally come from Naruo strawberries. So basically, they’re Nishinomiya strawberries!
Anyway, this shop selling out right away is impressive, and more than anything, the menu looks really interesting. If you live near Nigawa Station, why not give it a try tomorrow?
