The address is 25-10 Koshiencho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture. This was the previous location.

If you go this way, you’ll find Daruma Shokudo, Koshien Plus, and other spots as you head toward Koshien Station.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Maruman Shokudo, Tigers Lawson, and, a little past the traffic light, Koshien Seika Kibariyanse.
It looks like they’re closed on Sundays and public holidays.
The newly relocated dispensing pharmacy appears to open on July 1.
