One of Nishinomiya’s ramen shops has made it into the tonkotsu soy sauce ramen ranking for Hyogo Prefecture on “Ramen Database,” one of Japan’s largest ramen information sites. In fact, five Nishinomiya shops made the list.

According to a survey by Netorabo Research Team as of June 25, “ラーメン荘 これが好きだから,” located along Route 2, ranked 5th in the ranking of highly rated tonkotsu soy sauce ramen shops in Hyogo on “Ramen Database,” one of Japan’s largest ramen information sites!
At Nishitsu, Hii-chan from Nishitsu tried it as takeout↓

When you think of Mokkosu, you think of that generous amount of chashu.
It’s thinly sliced and not too fatty, so you can polish it off easily.
