It looks like Corowa Koshien’s renewal will include a sports event at the station plaza.
Here↓

The event will be held on Friday, September 15 and Saturday, September 16.
It’s for children from age 2 through fourth grade.
Event lineup↓
- Parent-child exercise
- Exercise using balls
- Volleyball
- Boccia experience session
- Soccer experience session
- Dance performance
Former Vissel Kobe and J.League player Kang-jo Park will apparently be the soccer instructor.
Registration should appear on the second or third page of this event page. It looks like only the soccer experience session costs 500 yen to join, while the other activities are free.

Koshien Station Plaza was incredibly lively before during the bread event and the alcohol event, but I wonder what it’ll be like for a sports event.
Finally
Corowa Koshien’s renewal is almost here. It’s kind of interesting that the event is soccer, not baseball. Still, having three commercial facilities near the station—Corowa Koshien, LaLaport Koshien, and Koshien Plus—is pretty impressive when you think about it.
