A coin parking lot has opened on the site of the former Somedono Mansion along Fukushi Center-suji Street.
(Thanks to Neesan and Sasako for the tip!)
Here it is↓

A sign and payment machine had been installed, and the parking spaces were roped off.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 10-13 Somedonocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Coin Parking Lot Surrounding Area

Belco Kaikan is diagonally across the street.

If you go this way, you’ll immediately reach Route 43.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll immediately come out onto the old national highway. Beyond that are a Seven-Eleven and the Fukushi Center, leading toward Route 2. It’s near JR Nishinomiya Station.
Here are the fees and instructions. It’s a prepaid system, and apparently you enter your car’s license plate number when paying.

When using it, it looks easiest to enter and exit from the old national highway side.

It’s a little narrow, but it looks like you can also enter and exit from the Fukushi Center side.
Finally
Lately, we’ve been seeing quite a few of these simple, temporary coin parking lots that operate until the next use for the land is decided. The former Saizeriya site along the same Fukushi Center-suji Street is currently a parking lot like this too, and it has since been decided that a nursery school will be built there. Wonder what will be built here next?
Thank you to Neesan and Sasako @ Nishitsu Supporter for the information!!
