It seems to be limited to Mitsui Shopping Park Point members with credit card functionality who have same-day purchase receipts totaling 5,000 yen or more (tax included, combined receipts allowed).

It looks like there will also be a lottery held that day.

In Closing
This is to commemorate the renewal of LaLaport Koshien. At the talk show, we might get to hear special stories from his days as a player, as well as talk about “Are” from this season. Looks like a huge crowd might show up.
