It looks like the municipal gymnasiums and the Nishinomiya Sports Center will be open for free on Monday, October 9, which is Sports Day.

At Nishinomiya Sports Center, you can use:

- Table tennis area
- Golf practice area

Numbered tickets will be handed out starting at 8:15 a.m.

On the day of the event, there will also be a sports festival at the Central Gymnasium, and food trucks are expected to be there too.

Applications will be accepted at each gymnasium on the day, starting 15 minutes before the activity begins. Most of the gymnasiums open from around 9 a.m.

Lastly
Normally, using the gym costs 600 yen per visit, and table tennis is also 600 yen per person, but they’ll be free this time. For activities like quarter tennis and badminton, you usually use about half a court, so around 3,000 yen will be free. It’s a pretty welcome event.
