It looks like a chindon’ya street advertising troupe will be coming to Shukugawa Green Town today, October 8.

They’re a chindon’ya group made up of Kobe University students called 神大モダン・ドンチキ.
This is part of the sales event for Shukugawa Green Town’s premium gift certificates, which are currently on sale. Apparently, they’ll be parading around inside and around Green Town from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 14:00.
