The building along National Route 2 in Koshien Nibancho that used to be an “au” shop appears to be undergoing some kind of construction.

If you go this way, you’ll find Kaba no Oshiri, One Karubi, and more, heading toward Hanshin Kokudo.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find MINI Nishinomiya, which is currently collaborating with Nishitsu, the Department of Architecture at Mukogawa Women’s University, and more, heading toward Amagasaki.

It looks like the building is undergoing renovation work. The construction period runs until February 3 next year.
By the way, “renovation” means repairing and restoring deterioration or damage to a building, while upgrading its performance and functionality.
I wonder if they’ve already decided what will move in after the renovation🤔
Finally
After the au shop closed, the building had been left as it was for a while, but now we’re finally seeing some changes. It’s in a fairly noticeable spot where Route 2 and Koshien-suji intersect, so I’m curious to see what will open there. I’d be happy if it were a restaurant or something〜😆
