This time, 黒蓮 brings us the “Chashu-men” from “Tonkotsu Ramen Shekarashika” near Nigawa Station along Nakatsuhama Line!

Since it’s Hakata tonkotsu, the noodles are, of course, thin noodles!

Even before entering the shop, that distinctive tonkotsu smell was in the air, so I thought the soup might be really oily with lots of fat floating on top. But when I tried sipping it, it was surprisingly not like that, and lighter than I expected.<[/voice]

The chashu is cut into small pieces. The bowl felt a little small in volume, but since they have kaedama noodle refills, you can add more if it doesn’t feel like enough lol

Hakata ramen uses thin noodles that get soft easily, so many places handle it with a system where you add extra noodles as “kaedama” instead of serving a large portion from the start✨

There’s the red pickled ginger that’s classic for tonkotsu ramen, and

sesame seeds. The opening is pretty wide, so be careful if you only want to add a tiny bit lol
